Slow but steady

This is what happens when I'm busy doing other stuff. The crochet falls behind! It doesn't help that these motifs take, I would guess, 3 hours to make (I have yet to make one from start to finish without putting it down a million times).

But there's some progress.

And it's pretty.

I'm looking forward to what it looks like after it's been blocked. That's quite some distance in the future, I'm afraid.
