Baby blanket

Here's a baby blanket I made for my friend Raquel's sister Margaux, who recently had a gorgeous baby girl named Grace. I'd been wanting to make this pattern for a while, so I was glad that Raquel picked it out. It's classy!

Holy Cow! Now THAT is an heirloom! Beautiful! Almost makes me want to have a baby.....HAHAHAHA...NOT! Is it all one piece, or did you crochet blocks and put them together like the blue ones?

It's blocks. If you squint your eyes just right you can see them.

Wow. It makes me tired just looking at it, thinking about all the hours that went into it! As usual, your work is just astonishingly gorgeous (and a wee bit insane).

Me first, me first! As long as I don't have to have that baby in order to get one......otherwise, all bets are off! Maybe a trade for a couch quilt, M?

I do see the blocks now.....very cool how they meld together and become part of the pattern.

Classy, indeed! Do you have a pattern source that you could share? I love it!
