Change of plans

So I joined a crochet-along before Christmas to make a really lovely shawl from some fine mohair yarn. But I sort of hated how it was turning out. Maybe the yarn was wrong, maybe my gauge was wrong, I don't know. So I frogged it and started making a "tunic" from my Crochet So Fine book.  I'm liking it a lot better and I'm sure I'll like it even more once it's been blocked and is more flat and even. I really do like the yarn.
