These little critters are so darn cute. I'm just delighted with them. Again, here's the original pattern. I really can't decide if he needs a mouth or not. I'm leaning toward not ... although it does give him a certain alien quality.

Hmm....I'd go with mouth, he looks a little freakish otherwise....maybe a small button? Only if no babies will inherit him, of course. Had a looong week working in Anchorage last week, managed to stay out of the yarn store, but did buy some fabric - - you just can't pass up lime green plaid when you find it.
